Company is very accommodating! Hired them for a rental property that was not left in the best shape from the previous occupants. The owner has very great communication and process. You can tell he truly cares about the service his company represents.

Just had my first experience with MPC, and I was thoroughly impressed! Being a business owner with out-of-town properties is stressful, and getting a good cleaner is definitely hard. All of my stress went away when I got the pictures of the cleaned property, everything looked squeaky clean! I will definitely be booking with them again!

I would highly recommend this company. It was such a pleasure working with Brock. He was so accommodating. He sent out Ms Terri to do a move out cleaning. She was wonderful and went above and beyond. I am considering having her come back periodically to clean my new place.

Updated: The first cleaning was great, but the second was a huge letdown. They asked to delay by an hour — fine — but when that time passed by over an hour, I had to reach out. I was told they were “about 5 minutes away,” but after an hour and a half of additional waiting they still hadn’t shown up or contacted me, I had to reach out again. Only then was I asked to reschedule for the next day. I understand things come up, but I shouldn’t have to track down my own updates. Poor communication and misleading responses wasted 3.5 hours of my day for a company that never did show up. Original review: Great experience

If zero stars was an option, that is what i would give this company. Christy came to clean my house. She did not clean the kitchen or sliding glass doors. The floors she said she mopped still had spots. The blinds were not wiped the windowsill were not wiped. The only thing I could see done was my shower cleaned. I saw on my cameras she was wandering around outside, at my pool for awhile. She did not leave until 3:45. I called Brock he said she somehow got locked out of my house is why she was outside, but somehow he couldnt explain, got back in. He was rude, would not refund any of my money. I would not trust this person that cleaned my house. Or Brock. I feel they did not tell the truth about why she was outside and why my house was not finished being cleaned. She was there from 9:15 to 3:45. She only did the bottom floor of my house which is 1600 square ft and nothing upstairs. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Brock also said Christy had been there 8 months and had 3 complaints.. mine was the 4th and he thought that was acceptable!

Scheduled a deep clean for a very small 2 bedroom home. Was told the assigned cleaner was very dependable and good. On the scheduled date, cleaner was a 'no-show' so we rescheduled for another day. On that day, she was an hour and a half late. Broke a couple window shades and did virtually no cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen were essentially untouched. $200 for a 4 hour deep clean. I would not recommend this cleaning service...waste of money.

We’ve had a great experience with Missouri Pure Cleaning! Brock is always quick to respond to any questions, and the cleaning itself is top-notch—our home has never looked or smelled better. We have a dog, and they’ve been incredibly accommodating, allowing him to roam freely during cleanings so we don’t have to kennel him. Christy even stayed late (at no extra charge!) to make sure everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

Missouri Pure Cleaning. Brock was great to work with setting up services and scheduling. Christy was terrific. She is friendly, professional, efficient, and high energy. Not only helpful in cleaning but had great assistance for organization.

This was the worst experience. Obviously understaffed and unable to perform the “deep cleaning” I paid for. Brock could have made this all better by being up front about the lack of help but rather sent one girl to clean an entire house. That’s just bad management.
